CHAMBER CHAT - Happy Thanksgiving!

I've heard people asking what their favourite part of Autumn is - for me, it's this glorious second summer weather we are often blessed with around the long weekend... if only it would stay like this forever!

Thanks to Lisa for putting together this newsletter - I'm out of the office this week catching up on some vacation time and gearing up for next week's series of sessions for Small Business week and QBAA celebration next Friday! Congratulations to those of our members who were nominated and submitted applications. We know it is an arduous task to participate and the stories you've shared through the process tells us you're already "winners"!

And in the spirit of Thanksgiving - our gratitude to all of you for hanging on the past 20 months; persevering through the challenges whether you're too busy to rest or have had to imagine your way through to a completely new way of doing business - or have just been waiting it out. None of it has been easy and no one has come through unscathed.
Thank you to all those who supported the Chamber by playing, sponsoring, prize donation and volunteering.

With the last-minute cancellation due to rain, we are grateful for the collaboration with Crimestoppers and Trillium Wood Golf Club for allowing us to combine our tournaments and fill the course.
