Message from the Principal
Dear DHS Staff, Students, and Families,

We are excited to celebrate Homecoming week next week! I want to encourage all staff, students, AND families to participate in the fun activities we have planned - whether participating in dress-up days or attending an event at the school. There is no better time to show our Warrior Pride!

In planning for the Homecoming Dance or other events at the school, I want to encourage families to utilize the resources found on the Community the Anti-Drug (CTAD) webpage. As a school community, we can each do our part to ensure that our students have the support and resources necessary to have a safe and healthy Homecoming experience. Thank you, in advance, for your part in making this year's Homecoming unforgettable!

Lastly, please see the Happening Next Week section for the unique schedule next week due to the holiday on Monday, PSAT/NMSQT testing on Wednesday and Thursday morning, and pep rally on Friday.

Sincerely,
Principal Kathryn Anderson

Future 113 - Listening Sessions and Tour Information
The Board of Education seeks your input on the future of District 113. Two Listening Sessions will be held on the dates and times below for the community to provide input to the Board. Tours of each school's facilities will run before the Listening Session portion of the meeting. Community members can attend the meeting most convenient to their schedules or attend both. This is a great opportunity to see the needs at each high school. The Listening Session portions of the meetings will be streamed and recorded. The District is working on creating virtual tours for those who are unable to attend. Check out the dist113.org/Future113 website for more details.
