ABOUT SIXTHMAN:
Sixthman festivals tear down walls between artists and fans by creating community-inspired vacation experiences at resorts and at sea. Since 2001, Sixthman has set the stage for moments that make life rock, serving over 300,000 guests on over 150 unforgettable vacations on sand and at sea with their favorite artists, athletes, actors, comedians, and brands. These carefully curated, intimate events bring non-stop performances, artist collaborations, in-depth panels, Q&As, fan-artist activities, museums, and overall, truly immersive experiences that celebrate community and change expectations of what a vacation can be. Sixthman’s domestic homeport of Miami brings escapes for guests to dream destinations in the Virgin Islands, Belize, Honduras, Mexico, and The Bahamas. In 2019, Sixthman expanded its festivals at sea to Europe, sailing from Barcelona, Spain to exotic Mediterranean ports and then from Athens through the Greek Isles in 2022. In addition to festivals at sea, Sixthman has taken its innovative vacation concept to world-class, all-inclusive resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico. In 2020, Sixthman Services was launched to support other event holders with a suite of on-site and virtual event management services and enhanced experiences. 2023 is poised to be a record year in terms of number of events and expansion into new verticals. ABOUT THE BEACH BOYS:
As The Beach Boys mark more than a half-century of making music, the group continues to ride the crest of a wave unequaled in America’s musical history and have become synonymous with the California lifestyle and an American icon to fans around the world.
Since the band’s co-founder, lead singer and chief lyricist Mike Love penned the lyrics to The Beach Boys’ first hit, “Surfin’,” in 1961, dozens of the band’s chart-toppers have become eternal anthems of American youth: “Surfin’ USA,” “Surfer Girl,” “Fun, Fun, Fun,” “I Get Around,” “California Girls,” “Help Me Rhonda,” “Barbara Ann,” “Good Vibrations,” “Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” “Rock and Roll Music,” and “Kokomo.”
The Beach Boys have sold over 100 million records worldwide and have received more than 33 RIAA Platinum and Gold record awards. The Rock And Roll Hall of Famers were also honored at the 2001 GRAMMY® Awards with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
With more than five decades of touring under their belts, The Beach Boys have performed more concerts than any major rock band in history.
Sounds Of Summer: The Very Best Of The Beach Boys, Capitol/EMI’s 30-track collection of the band’s biggest hits, has achieved triple-platinum success with sales of more than three million copies in the U.S. since its release.
Most recently, The Beach Boys announced Sail On Sailor - 1972, a new expansive multi-disc and digital box set releasing November 18th via Capitol Records/Ume. The box set documents and dives deep into the legendary band’s transformative and fruitful 1972 era. The comprehensive 6CD Super Deluxe Edition features newly remastered versions of Carl and the Passions – “So Tough” and Holland, plus Holland’s Mount Vernon and Fairway (A Fairytale) EP and boasts an unreleased live concert recorded at NYC’s famed Carnegie Hall on Thanksgiving, 1972, the first-ever release of a complete Beach Boys concert from this era with the original setlist. The set also includes a bounty of unreleased outtakes, live recordings, radio promos, alternate versions, alternate mixes, isolated backing tracks, and a cappella versions, culled from the historic album sessions. In all, it contains 105 tracks, 80 of which are previously unreleased.
The Beach Boys are led by Mike Love, who, along with longtime member Bruce Johnston, musical director Scott Totten, Brian Eichenberger, Christian Love, Tim Bonhomme, John Cowsill, Keith Hubacher, and Randy Leago, continue the legacy of the iconic band.
ABOUT CLUB KOKOMO SPIRITS:
Club Kokomo Spirits is a new premium spirits brand by The Beach Boys co-founder Mike Love and grain-to-glass distillery Seven Caves Spirits (a subsidiary to Club Kokomo Spirits based in San Diego, California). Launched in October 2022, the brand features a line of ready-to-drink (RTD) canned cocktails inspired by Love’s iconic career. The concept for Club Kokomo came to life years ago as Love enjoyed a particularly well-made Mojito; he hummed the chorus of his co-authored hit song Kokomo and his penchant for wordplay took over as he uttered the word “Kokomojito.” Today, Club Kokomo Spirits’ first aptly-named RTD cocktails include three rum cocktails (the Kokomojito™, Mystique, and Afternoon Delight) and one gin cocktail (the Excitation), all at 10% ABV and inspired by the Kokomo spirit and the song’s strong connection with the tropical islands of the Caribbean. Club Kokomo Spirits is committed to high-quality ingredients including natural sugars, flavors, and colors. Fans can expect Club Kokomo Spirits to debut new cocktails and launch flagship bottled rums during 2023.
