The Importance of Mental Health and Wellness in the Workplace
Join us Thursday for a virtual luncheon, featuring Sarah Buban, an adult and teen therapist with Thrive Wellness Clinic.It’s time for an open dialogue about mental health in the workplace.

This presentation will highlight:
  • What businesses should know about mental health and mental illness
  • How mental health issues can affect businesses and employees
  • How businesses can promote mental health and wellness in the workplace
  • Strategies for employers and employees to manage mental health and stress
  • How the Covid-19 pandemic has brought increased attention to mental health issues, offering greater challenges and solutions

We'll do networking from 11:30 am to noon and the program will begin about 12:10 pm.

Third Thursday Happy Hour
October 21, 2021
5 - 6 p.m.
This month's Third Thursday Happy Hour will be Halloween themed. We'll do a fun group activity, small group networking, and we'll have great prizes from some of your favorite local businesses. Get extra tickets for the drawing by wearing a costume (e.g., Halloween, mask, crown, hat, etc.) and/or making a spooky concoction!

The event is free, but please RSVP so we know who is coming!
