Tuesday- Zuppa Toscana and Lemon Chicken Orzo
~ A requested soup by our newest member of the crew, Sandra. Her favorite soup for her Birthday. We are happy to oblige, after all, this is many of our customers favorite soup, with its tomato cream base, flavorful sausage, and tender gnocchi.
If you haven't noticed, we have been making bonus soups for the past couple weeks. Our bonus soup this Tuesday is another crowd pleaser, Lemon Chicken Orzo. Two very different soups, yet equally delicious.

Thursday- Broccoli Chowder
~ Just one soup this Thursday, but a favorite for the whole family. Our broccoli soup is loaded with carrots, celery, potatoes, and just enough cheese to make everyone want to eat their vegetables.
Friday- Roasted Chicken Thighs with Brussels and Sweet Potato
~ This is one of my favorite meals, it is simple and tasty. Jess is going to marinate the thighs in a balsamic mustard sauce then roast the chicken to perfection. Then we will caramelize the sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, and red onion to pair beautifully with the chicken. Dinner is done.
Saturday- Quiche
~Three Cheese and Herb
~Spinach, Artichoke, and Italian Cheese
~Crispy Prosciutto, Roasted Tomatoes, Parmesan

Salad- Roasted Broccoli and Quinoa
~Oven roasted broccoli a top, quinoa, toasted pecans, dried cranberries, carrots, and spinach. Delicious with our balsamic dressing.
