Hey YGT Folks,

Having trouble focusing lately or feel like you're not yourself? It could be Brain Fog. We're all likely to experience it as a response to the chronic stress we're dealing with these days.

Dr. Molly Colvin describes it in depth in a recent article saying, "Frustrating as it may be, brain fog may actually be protective. It is a sign that what we are experiencing is not normal."

If you are struggling to be creative, productive or stay motivated right now- you're not alone. Brain fog forces us to zero in on what's most important (our safety and that of our loved ones) and keeps us from taking on too much or moving too fast.

The best thing you can do for yourself? Dr. Colvin suggests letting your hands and mind be more still. Make time and space to process emotions that may arise as an act of kindness and compassion towards ourselves and others.

Rest assured, your creative and cognitive powers aren't going anywhere. For now, we must practice patience and allow our active minds some rest. YOU GOT THIS!
