SMOC Food Drive for March
Please consider participating in a food drive to benefit the South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC). They are in need of: juice boxes; fresh fruit; 16 oz. packages of bologna; and chewy/soft granola bars. There will be a collection for these items on March 25th between 4:30 and 5:45 pm at UUCSW's Ruggles Street door. Thank you!

SMOC has also identified the need for clothing, especially for men. Donated items can include: new socks and underwear, and gently used sweatshirts, sweatpants, T-shirts, and jeans. Bring your donations to UUCSW on March 25th between 4:30 and 5:45 pm. Thank you in advance!
Pandemic Cookbook - We Want Your Recipes!
As part of our Spring Auction Fundraiser, we are producing a church cookbook. Look back over this past year and choose the "pandemic recipes" that turned out great! What are the new foods you have tried that turned out to be a new favorite? What are the recipes you invented to use the last of what you have in the pantry? Submit your recipes by April 5th using this form or email Erin Gold at KentuckyBlueRose@gmail.com. 2021 UU Mass Action Advocacy Day
Tuesday, April 13th
11:00 am - 4:00 pm on Zoom

Join UU Mass Action for its annual UU Advocacy Day! Let’s put our faith into action as we fight for Immigrant Justice, Climate & Environmental Justice, Economic Justice, Indigenous Justice and Decarceration & Ending Solitary Confinement. There will be a community gathering from 11:00 am to noon to kick us off, and then participants will have virtual meetings with their Reps and Senators. There is a lot of preparation that goes into Advocacy Day, so help the organizers by registering early! Registration deadline is April 6th.

Join one of two optional training opportunities to help you prepare for UU Advocacy Day: Wednesday, April 7th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm or Thursday, April 8th from 1:00 - 2:30 pm.
