We are proud to announce that Chris Tambakis, CEO of Adgar Canada, will be on our panel of judges for this year's Development Challenge.
Adgar Canada owns a portfolio of high-quality office properties in Toronto. They are active owners with proven abilities in the acquisition, management, development and redevelopment of their properties.
Chris is a graduate of the Ivey School of Business and serves on its Advisory Board at Western University. He is an active community volunteer with healthcare, arts and education charities. He is a board member of the national Heart and Stroke Foundation and chairs the board of Heart and Stroke Ontario & Nunavut. He is also a board member for the Ontario Science Centre and the Toronto Santa Claus Parade. He has received the Community Service Award from the Real Estate Excellence (REX) Awards.
With over 30 years in the commercial real estate industry, Chris has significant experience in the acquisition, leasing, sale, financing and operation of real estate across North America. He brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as judge.
