Where: Virtual with an opportunity to attend an outdoor watch party at USF St Petersburg campus on the Waterfront. Refreshments will be provided and participants are encouraged to wear masks and social distance.
To celebrate our 30th anniversary, we’re putting you in the director’s chair. Help us tell the #LoveTampaBay story by uploading a short video clip of yourself enjoying the bay, whatever that looks like for you. Submissions are due October 14th and should feature you enjoying the bay and its watershed. We’ll put it all together in time for a “Life in the Bay” grand reveal!

The St. Petersburg Science Festival is an annual regional celebration where families and the public can explore the wonders of hands-on science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM). The 2021 Festival will be virtual.

Imperiled Beach-nesting Birds Public Comment Period

FWC is currently seeking public comments on draft Species Conservation Measures and Permitting Guidelines for 4 species of imperiled beach-nesting birds in Florida’s Imperiled Species Management Plan, including the American oystercatcher, black skimmer, snowy plover, and least tern.
