Greetings!

We're excited to launch our first virtual Annual Conference session on Monday, September 13th! To ensure a seamless experiences, we encourage you to read through these tips before you join the first session.

We hope that the event will provide connection, knowledge-sharing, and a sense of belonging amongst our community. We greatly appreciate your continued support of and commitment to NAGDCA. We look forward to "seeing" you on Monday, September 13th at 1:00 p.m. ET for the conference opening and keynote speaker!

LOG IN TO ACCESS SESSIONS
First, please log in to the event platform prior to the first session. The platform is where you will access Zoom connection links for all sessions, download PDF versions of presentations*, complete continuing education surveys, and access your continuing education certificates.

Please click below to log in to the event platform using your NAGDCA credentials.
  • Username: Not available - please contact nagdcaconference@nagdca.org for assistance.
  • Password: If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset it.

To access sessions:
  1. Click on the day from the platform home page.
  2. Click on the title of the session to open the session details.
  3. Click on "JOIN THE SESSION!" found under "Session Resources."
  4. Click to launch the Zoom webinar or meeting.
Please note, you must be logged in to event platform to access Zoom links.

*PDF versions of the presentations will be uploaded on Friday, September 10.
DOWNLOAD THE MOBILE APP
Enhance your conference experience with the conference mobile app. Build your personal agenda, add sessions to your calendar, view the attendee list, access sessions on the go, and more!

Follow the steps below to download:
  1. Search for “NAGDCA Events” in the App Store or Google Play store.
  2. When downloaded, open the app and select “Log in” in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Enter the email address used to register for the event.
  4. You will receive an email with an access code. (Check spam – email from: no-reply@mobileup.io)
  5. Enter the access code to log in.
RECEIVE CREDIT
The majority of the conference sessions are eligible for continuing education credit. Click here to view credit details and learning objectives for each session.

  • You must attend the live session to qualify for continuing education credit. 
  • Sessions qualifying for credit have a unique code given at the end of each session. You will need this code to complete the CE survey.
  • You must complete a continuing education survey found under "Session Resources" for each session on the event platform to receive credit. (Please note, CE surveys can not be completed in the mobile app.)
  • Surveys are due Friday, September 24.
  • A certificate for each completed session will be emailed to you upon completion of the CE survey and will be available in the event platform under My Account – My Certificates.
