Dear Quincy College Student,

Over the summer, we have been working diligently on a reopening plan that will provide the highest quality teaching and learning while assuring your safety in this time of COVID-19. While the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has made great progress, the pandemic continues to disrupt many aspects of daily life.

In response to these challenges, Quincy College is delaying the start of classes for non-selective programs* until Wednesday, September 9.

We did not arrive at this decision lightly. We are grateful to the people who came forward and shared their stories and offered a solution. This delayed start will provide our community members and their families the additional time they need to get ready for fall.

I wish you all a terrific semester. Thank you again for choosing Quincy College.

Sincerely,

Richard DeCristofaro, Ed.D.
President, Quincy College

*Some selective programs may start September 2. Your program will contact you with more information if you are in: nursing, medical laboratory technician, physical therapist assistant, surgical technology, phlebotomy, and phlebotomy technician.
