PGS National Youth Council Students Partner with Koita
This past spring, PGS National Youth Council Students were sponsored by Koita Foods – an international company that recently launched its line of premium, Italian plant-based milks here in the US – to conduct research on green and healthy living.

Our students:
  • Learned about plant based, shelf-stable milks made from almond, oat, soy, coconut from the founder of Koita.
  • Learned about packaging and shelf life including tetra pak and recycling.
  • Designed a school/home-based Koita Challenge or presentation to hopefully roll out to schools in the new year.
  • Presented their learnings/findings back to the PGS National Youth Council this past spring.

Check out each of our students presentations.
