SWIS Facilitator Certification Training
This 21-hour hybrid training, presented by PBISApps and MiMTSS TA Center, prepares and certifies participants to provide services and supports as a SWIS Facilitator to local schools interested in implementation of the School-Wide Information System (SWIS) including installation (e.g., readiness & licensing), user training, team coaching, and ongoing technical assistance with data collection and use of SWIS data for decision making.

Independent pre-learning
8 hours prior to the first live Zoom session

Live Zoom Session
December 8-10, 2020
1:00- 3:30 p.m. each day

Independent post-learning
2 hours after the last live Zoom session, due by January 8, 2021.

Priority registration for districts receiving intensive technical assistance from the MiMTSS Technical Assistance Center
Who Should Attend
Individuals employed by the district/state/region to provide SWIS facilitation to schools.
Learning with open book on the enter key of keypad.
Training Prerequisites
For this training, you will be asked to complete online modules independently, as well as attend several synchronous, instructor-led virtual meetings.

Note: Attendance at each synchronous session is required for certification.
Pre- and Post-learning Requirements
Several online modules will be required to be completed prior to the synchronous session via Zoom. They will take approximately 8 hours to complete and will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks prior to the first synchronous Zoom session.

One module and the training evaluation need to be completed by 1/8/2021 for final certification.

Once you complete the registration process though PBISApps, you will receive an email confirmation with course details.
Event Cancellation: MiMTSS TA Center may cancel any training that does not have at least 10 people registered. In this case, we would refund the registration fee, if any, to the participant or his/her employer.
