5th ARC Conference Scholarship Application

The DFW-CHW Association has limited funds available for individuals to attend the 5th Annual DFW CHW Conference. Scholarship funds will be used to cover the cost of registration. You are NOT required to be a member of the DFW-CHW Association to receive the scholarship. *Applications are due June 30th, 2022.
