Save the Date: Portrait of a Graduate Community Forum on 1/13/22
As I've previously shared, our district is currently undergoing a process we’re calling Portrait of a CCSD93 Graduate, with the goal of determining the values, knowledge, skills and work habits our community wants our students to have by the time they graduate from CCSD93 as 8th graders. What we find will ultimately help inform CCSD93’s next Strategic Plan and guide what and how our students of all grade levels learn moving forward.

In order to gain the most honest and unbiased feedback, we are working with a third party strategic planning partner to gain insights from students, parents, staff and community members. So far they’ve hosted dozens of interviews and focus groups and have collected input from more than 100 members of our school community.

The next step in the process is to host a Portrait of a Graduate Community Forum, where all community members will be invited to share their perspective. Please save the date for Thursday, January 13 at 6:30 p.m. at Fountain View Recreation Center to join the conversation!
Heritage Lakes Students Share the Spirit of the Season
Heritage Lakes School students and staff have been collecting food and essential supplies to donate to the Humanitarian Service Project (HSP) for local families in need. They’ve collected a truly remarkable array of items. Today, students in Mrs. Isacson’s class boxed and stacked it in the Innovation Center for HSP pickup next week. Here they are in action.
Please review the articles below for more of the latest from CCSD93, and have a terrific weekend!

Sincerely,

Dr. David H. Hill
