I hope you are all doing ok after this week's incident in Boulder. It was definitely a terrible situation and another tragedy for our State that will not be forgotten. 9News has gathered a list of community organizations that are starting to collect donations for the families of the victims and the Boulder community. Here's a list of the official funds provided by the Boulder Office of Emergency Management, the Governor and other community organizations. As always, if there's anything you need, please don't hesitate to ask.

Last weekend I spent time with some wonderful buyers who were considering existing single family homes or new construction. We spent the day meeting with various builders and touring model homes at Sterling Ranch in Littleton. It is really a wonderful community as there are homes for everyone, and a wide range of prices. You are near two state parks, 30 miles of trails and plenty of open space to enjoy. There's also a fitness center, pool and catering kitchen for residents to use. Let me know if you'd like to learn more about this community or any other new construction homes. You won't have to deal with multiple offers, appraisal gaps, etc. and some even have quick move in homes ready to now. They fell in love with this community and you will too.

This week I will be heading north and hosting an open house in Erie. This home has 6 bedrooms/4 bathrooms and is about 6000 square feet. It is a beautiful home both inside and out that you will not want to miss! Located in the Erie Highlands, the community as numerous walking trails, parks, community pool and a fitness area.
