WTCS - as member of "Rebuilding America's Middle Class - advocates for Workforce Pell
The Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) and all 16 technical colleges are members of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges that aims to rebuild America’s middle class by enhancing student success and by promoting the vital role of community colleges.

RAMC is currently advocating for Workforce Pell.
