This athletic and strengthening Yoga class will flow from one pose to the next, while releasing muscle tension & reducing stress. Various styles of Yoga will be explored, such as Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yoga Fusion. Modifications offered for all levels.
Self-Guided T’ai Chi Open Studio
Dates: Wednesdays weekly
Time: 1:30-2:30pm
Cost: free to attend

Participants will explore t’ai chi through a self-guided DVD, projected in our Winter Studio.
T’ai Chi is a low-impact, ancient Chinese exercise that progresses through a series of slow, gentle movements that flow together. There are many health benefits to T’ai Chi, such as improved balance, strength, endurance, and self-confidence, and may also help prevent falls in seniors. It is also beneficial for all ages, fitness levels, and abilities!
Open Studio to be held in The Winter Studio.
