On December 1st, K2 celebrated a very important milestone with our team, friends, and Trailhead Community family. We finally broke ground on the land at Trailhead Community. After ten years of dreaming, hoping and planning, Trailhead Community is now coming to fruition. It is an honor and privilege to be apart of this project.
There are an estimated 12,000 adults with developmental disabilities
in Colorado that live with caretakers over the age of 60. Trailhead's
vision is to help provide attainable housing options for this
important group of people. K2 and many of our trade partners have been a huge advocate of Trailhead Community since its inception and we are proud to be partnering with them to build this community for adults with developmental disabilities in Littleton.
Last week we broke ground, tomorrow a brighter future for adults with developmental disabilities!
