Update on Vin Chicago's Holiday Safety Protocol

With holiday wine season in full swing and the recent guidance from the Governor's office regarding COVID-19 mitigation, we have some updates on our shopping options and safety protocols at Vin Chicago:
  1. While our stores remain open for in-store shopping, we strongly encourage you to shop online at vinchicago.com and from our email offerings so you can take advantage of our "contact free" Curbside Pickup option.
     
  2. For the safety of our team members and customers, we may need to limit the number of shoppers in the stores during peak periods. Please be understanding if you are asked to wait briefly in your car before being able to enter the store.
     
  3. If you do enter the store, we ask you to maintain a distance of at least six feet between yourself, other shoppers and the Vin Chicago staff. We also ask that you take advantage of the hand sanitizer we have at the entrance and checkout areas. And, of course, please wear your best mask!
To make shopping and Curbside Pickup more convenient, all three Vin Chicago locations will be open seven days a week through the end of the year. To see our special holiday hours, please click here.

Orders placed online are typically available for pickup either the following day or two days after being placed. Upon request, our "Quick Pick" packs can be made available for same day pickup.
