Before, during, and after the pandemic, school districts and their leaders will be faced with the challenges of developing programs to meet the needs of “all” of their students. The number of ELLs has steadily increased in many districts throughout the state. NJASA brings together two district leaders that continue to develop programs that are culturally responsive and provide community outreach.
