LG&W Staff Virtually Review NewSolutions Improvements/Changes and Renews Contract
Laura Stewart, Share One's National Account Representative, worked with Diana Veazey, President/CEO LG&W FCU, to establish a NewSolutions and NS3 product review process that included multiple remote training demonstrations with their staff. Share One and LG&W FCU are located in Memphis, Tennessee. Normally, training would take place in-person.

"When a credit union's contract is up for renewal, we see a need for the credit union staff to review features and modules that have been introduced and enhanced over the years," says Laura. "For LG&W, because most of their staff is working remotely, and because we all want to stay safe, we had to rethink a customized training and review process for them. We were very organized to ensure the staff at LG&W received critical system information."

"Our due diligence review process with Share One proved enlightening," said Diana Veazey, President/CEO, LG&W FCU. "It was a benefit for our team to interact with the Share One staff. The training revealed some important system changes, and the virtual learning process was extremely convenient," she said.

NewSolutions 20.2 Note:
All credit union clients must have NewSolutions 20.1.3 or 20.2 installed for 2020 Tax changes. Please see the Webinar schedule with links to register for the 2020 Tax changes scheduled for December 9, 2020.

All credit union clients who also have NS3 products must have NewSolutions 20.2 installed in advance of the needed NS3 upgrades for NSHome, NSLoan, and NSJoin.

NS3 Product Note:
NSHome 3.1, NSLoan 1.11, and NSJoin 1.10 are the latest NS3 product versions available to your credit union and should be installed following the NewSolutions 20.2 upgrade.

In an effort to provide a more efficient year-end tax delivery to all of our clients, the following policy will be implemented in December 2020.

If your credit union submits any late forms or requests a re-creation/correction of any tax file due to a non-system related issue after the date of December 15, 2020, a fee will be assessed.

Service Center Clients:
New Client Fee for Late Presentment of Tax Confirmation Form -
After December 15, 2020 - A fee of $100.00 will be charged to the credit union.

Existing Service Center Client Fee for Late Presentment of Changes to Tax Confirmation Form - After December 15, 2020 - A fee of $100.00 will be charged to the credit union.

All Clients:
Minimum/Hourly Fee for Recreation of any Tax File Due to any Non-System Related Issue - A fee of $175.00 per hour will be charged to the credit union.

A record number of Share One client staff members attended virtual SYNC 2020, "Together Toward Tomorrow" Client Conference, on October 20, 2020. We hosted two sessions of webinars which covered reviewing past accomplishments, current system enhancements, and envisioning future endeavors.
