Weekly Wednesday Update

Spring is springing all around us. This is a great time of the year to practice mindfulness!

Mindfulness is being in the here and now. It’s regulating our focus to the present moment, replacing stress and worry with curiosity and openness. Mindfulness employs all of our senses, taking in things around us through sight, sound, taste, touch, and smell.

Like any skill that we try to master, mindfulness takes practice. Be sure to take a little time each day to check out the beauty and power of nature.
