Advance Registration is Mandatory

Registration is still open for exhibitors and attendees. This year, advance registration is mandatory to minimise crowding in the lobby area. Registration can be completed on a computer, tablet, or smartphone at any time before the event closes on Thursday, 28 October. Registration cannot be completed at the registration desk this year.

Onsite COVID Testing

Onsite testing will be available for World ATM Congress attendees. The test is a Quick Antigen test that takes 30 minutes. The results are valid for 24 hours.

Where: IFEMA, rooms A5.1 and A5.2 (near Hall 5)

Monday, 25 October: 14.00 - 18.00
Tuesday, 26 October: 8.00 - 16.00
Wednesday, 27 October: 8.30 - 15.00
Thursday, 28 October: 9.00 - 13.00

Cost: 35 Euros

Vaccination Status

Upon registration, we ask that all attendees disclose their COVID-19 vaccination status as either "yes, I'm vaccinated," "no, I'm not vaccinated," or "prefer not to answer."

Attendees who select "no" or "prefer not to answer" will be required to upload a negative COVID test result from a test taken no more than 72 hours before arrival at IFEMA. If you arrive onsite without proof of a negative COVID test, you must take the test at IFEMA in rooms A5.1 and A5.2 near Hall 5 and bring your negative test result to the registration desk to collect your badge.

Additional Identification to Enter Hall Tuesday AM

Additional identification information is required with your registration due to VIP visitors at World ATM Congress on Tuesday morning, 26 October. The additional identification information must be included in your registration by Thursday, 21 October, in order to enter the hall on Tuesday morning. If you did not already enter this information during registration, you can update your registration using the link in your confirmation email.

Scan and Go Check In

In previous years, Scan and Go check in was optional. This year, all attendees are required to check in via Scan and Go using the scan code on your mobile device. Keep an eye out for your Scan and Go barcode email to be sent approximately one week prior to the start of World ATM Congress.

Expodrónica Pavilion

This year, Expodrónica, Spain’s premier drone event, will co-locate at World ATM Congress. With support from our joint partner, UMILES, Spain’s largest consortium of unmanned aerial systems (UAS) companies, World ATM Congress and Expodrónica will offer focused programming and exhibition on the future of flight and the integration of advanced air mobility (AAM), UAS traffic management (UTM), autonomous and remotely piloted aerial vehicles (AAV/RPAS), novel air traffic management (ATM) systems, and other drone or AAM-related services. Airborne demonstrations will also be hosted at Cuatro Vientos Airport in Madrid on Thursday afternoon, 28 October.

Health and Wellbeing

Medical services are available in IFEMA on the first floor between Halls 7 and 9 (next to meeting room A9.4). A doctor and paramedic will be on call throughout the show.

Need a break from the hustle and bustle of the show? A quiet room can be found in the North Convention Center Foyer area across from the escalators' top exit.

Food, Beverage, and Handout Restrictions

IFEMA has implemented the following restrictions in the hall to increase the safety of all attendees.

Attendees cannot serve their own food and beverages. Attendees must also be seated at a table whenever they are consuming food and beverages in the hall.

All flyers, brochures, and other handout materials must be handed directly to an attendee by stand staff/volunteers. No handout materials will be stacked and available to grab.
