HWMG is pleased to announce that beginning October 1, 2020, RxBenefits will replace PA Logic (formerly HDI Solutions) as precertification reviewer of prescription drugs on behalf of HMAA and Charter Communications’ health plans. There will be no changes to your patients’ information.

Prescription drug precertification for the Hawaii Electricians Health and Welfare Fund (Policy #HW1101) will remain administered by CVS. Precertification of medical services and DME will continue to be administered by HWMG’s Health Management Department. You may access all precertification forms at hwmg.org/providers.
