NEW – DOM DEIB Lifelong Learning Program Launch
DOM recognizes that progress in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) is built upon institutional and individual commitments to ongoing learning, reflection, and dialogue. To encourage all staff to strengthen their knowledge and behaviors to meaningfully advance DEIB and allyship, the DOM DEIB Committee developed the new Lifelong Learning Program (DEIB-365). It combines several existing DEIB learning initiatives with a curated list of UCSF-endorsed LinkedIn Learning courses.
| |
The program is free and open to all DOM community members. Participants who complete the self-paced program will receive a certificate of accomplishment, acknowledgement on the DOM website, and a commemorative lapel pin. | |
