This past Sunday, 15 Asian and SE Asian countries---1/3 of the world's population and GDP---signed the world's largest free-trade agreement.
Seen as China's answer to what was to be the Transpacific Partnership (TPP), it is larger, but missing similar protections for labor and environment.
