Often times if you love to cook, you do it well, you make things that are super yummy, and then end up over-eating.
If this is you, know that feeling full may not be the best que for you to stop eating. You may need to get more serious about pre-planning your portion sizes.
Try this: serve yourself your pre-planned portion, chew slowly, put your fork down between bites, and wait an hour or two before you go get a second serving (if you still want one.)
