The Tiger Paws Soup Committee would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who worked for the supper, who came to the supper and who supported our cause. We had another successful event because all of you, thank you very much.

This February please join us in prayer for:

• 5th grade teachers: Mrs. Harvey and Mrs. Mills and Teacher aide: Mrs. Schiebout 
• Counselors: Mrs. Alons and Miss Smidt
• PE teacher/ Development Director Mr. De Jong, 
•  PE teacher/Cubs Care director Mrs. Brummel, Cubs Care, Mrs. Bousema
• Prayers of Adoration: Lord, you are our Healer, you are our Rock. We praise your name. 
• Prayers of Confession: We doubt, we run empty, we lose focus. Forgive us for not trusting you in every moment. 
• Prayers of Thanksgiving: Thank you lord the winter of our souls do not last forever….there is Hope that is coming soon!
• Prayers of Supplication: We ask for your strength to endure sicknesses, days with little daylight, and to overcome our own desires of the flesh. We ask for eyes that look for You and ears that hear You.

Committees

The Tiger paws board is looking toward next year and who would like to serve as a committee chair. If you are feeling lead or desire to take a leadership role; please email tigerpaws@occhristian.pvt.k12.ia.us and let us know your desires. All committee chairs are assigned a 3 year term, to enable learning, understanding, and teaching new members. The choices are to be a part of the Tiger Paws Board, Fall pig in the Blankets, OCCS Apparel, School Supplies & Kitchen, Soup Supper, Tulip Festival Tent, Tulip Festival pig in the Blankets, Tulip Festival Straat Market, or Tulip Festival Soup and Tavern. Each committee has a busy season and time where meetings need to be scheduled, but the commitment is doable. Join with us and let us know your desires.
