BUUF Auction 2023 Potluck Registration
March 3rd, 6:30pm the 2023 Auction will be over. With your help, we will have met our Auction goal of $20,000 and our Special Appeal goal of $15,000. So it will be time to CELEBRATE!
Join us on Saturday, March 4th from 5 to 8 pm in the BUUF Sanctuary for an intergenerational potluck Celebration Party. There will be great food, drinks ( including wine and beer), live music, a teen table, childcare for those 5 and under, and the drawing of the winning raffle ticket for the BUUF quilt.
The event itself is free but YOU MUST REGISTER since we can only handle 70 people in the space and we need to know if you'll need childcare for children ages infant - 5 years old. Please enter the name of each person you are bringing.
At the same time please tell us what you will bring for the feast. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. Wine and beer will be available by donation.
Please click the link below to go to the dinner reservation form and indicate what you will bring. Each food donation should include enough for 8 people and an indication if it is vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or not. The food categories are: starters, sides, salads, main dishes, and desserts.
