February is a time to celebrate the many accomplishments of our vibrant and diverse Black community. It’s also an opportunity to listen, learn and grow. You’re invited to join us on February 10, at 6 pm, at the Rose Theatre, for a panel discussion on Unequal Opportunity: Race and Education. Hear from expert speakers Charlie Grant, Phiona Lloyd-Henry, Kathy Mcdonald, and Idris Orughu.

Backyard Garden Program is back!

Registration opens February 6 for the City’s popular Backyard Garden Program. This eco-friendly initiative helps support food insecurity by providing participants with free soil, seeds and helpful tips to grow their own garden.

15 to 29 years old? Build a business in Brampton this summer!

The Summer Company program helps students launch and operate a summer business, with training, mentorship and a grant up to $3,000. Space is limited.
