WE SUPPORT
BallenIsles Charities Foundation

Did you know that nearly 12% of Palm Beach County Residents, and one-in-five children lived below the poverty line?  It is shocking when you think of the affluence that exists right alongside – from the abundance of local recreational and cultural opportunities, to fine dining, to the ocean-side luxury of the Breakers and Worth avenue. So many local nonprofits organizations outside of our gates help so many in need.

Last Year, Your BallenIsles Charities Foundation with the overwhelming support of you our residents collectively provided $1,129,000 in grants to 52 local non-profit organizations that support financial and in-kind services for Civic, Health & Human Services, Environment and Educational programs. Included were three Impact Grants which are designed to target specific needs of the following organizations, Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue & Police Foundation, Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach County, and HACER La Casita Food Pantry, all details in our recent Annual Report.

The Foundation’s incredible work continues, This year we have expanded our Community Service opportunities. So far we have completed Special Olympics Gold Event, Back to Basics Gift Wrapping, Feed the Hungry Food Pantry Pre-Thanksgiving Food Distribution, Habitat for Humanity Paint A House Project, and In Jacobs Shoes Repair Shoes for Kids and Shoe Collection. Coming up we have many exciting opportunities so watch your email for sign ups.

BallenIsles residents have already begun to pitch in financially. Not for any tangible reward for giving, but because the need is great and the Foundation reliably vets grant recipients to ensure that money is spent helping out where the need is greatest. We at Illustrated Properties applaud our friends at BICF and the essential work they do on behalf of us all.

Won’t you support them too, by giving until It Feels Good!
REAL ESTATE TRENDS
BallenIsles Sales - 2022 Summary

What a phenomenal yea! Many properties were snapped up almost as soon as they appeared on the market and prices for well renovated properties soared.to startling heights. Volume is down, prices are way up, buyers are more discerning and inventory remains astonishing low. Compare this year's total of only 73 MLS sales to 142 total sales in 2021. The trend is an almost 50% decrease in the numer of sales over the past year. Inventory remains low with 12 properties currently on the market but well up from 1 property at this time last year. Compare the 2022 $1,415,718/$1,413,596 average list/sold price and average cumulative days on the market of 17 to the 2021 average list/sold price 2021 $960,207/$930,207 and average market time of 79 days. These numbers are stunning!
It is certainly a good time to reassess your needs and perhaps make a move.
