Celebrate is THIS Saturday!

Only a few days to go until Xavier’s largest single-event fundraiser. Whether you will be joining us in-person or logging into the event software to bid/donate from anywhere, please read on for information for all to join in/support Xavier Catholic Schools:

  • Online Bidding: Bidding has begun! Anyone can bid from anywhere. All it takes is a quick, FREE registration (it is free to browse, but a credit card is required to place a bid).
  • Click here to go to the Celebrate GiveSmart website. Once there, click on the “Items” tab, which will allow you to view the auction items.
  • If you are not attending, but would like to bid, click on an item which will prompt you to create an account and register a credit card to begin bidding.
  • If you are attending, you should have received a welcome text and/or email with a link.  Once you have confirmed via the link & registered a credit card, you may begin bidding.
  • Staff Donations! Our amazing faculty and staff have donated some wonderful items and experiences to our auction. Click here to see the list by campus or you can go directly to our GiveSmart bidding software, click on “Items” and then choose the “School Donation” category.
  • Volunteers NEEDED! We need about 100 volunteers the weekend of Celebrate. Students have filled their student volunteer spots, but we still need many adult volunteers to help that evening. Go to the SignUpGenius for more information and to sign up.
  • Note to in-person attendees: to streamline your check-in experience, make sure you accept your texted/emailed ticket, confirm your information, and register a credit card for the evening right from your phone before you arrive. If you have done that, all you need to do is pick up your program once you arrive!

If you have any questions about Celebrate, please call – Lisa, Stephanie, or Bob – at 735-9380.  We are looking forward to a fun event “Celebrate”-ing Xavier Catholic Schools this Saturday, February 4th
