The 28th Annual IWMF Educational Forum will be a unique experience to learn from medical experts and WM community members around the world. Registration is now open! Whether you join us in person or virtually, get in the St. Louis spirit!

Registration fee for in-person attendees: $199 (USD) on or before March 29th, 2023. After March 29th, $275 and $325 at the door. This fee covers breakfast, lunch, breaks, and dinner on Friday. Breakfast, breaks, lunch, Busch Stadium tour on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Saturday night dinner is on your own. Registration fee is fully refundable up to Friday, April 21st.

Advance verification of COVID-19 vaccination will be required for all in-person attendees for their own safety, as well as the safety of others. In-person registered attendees will receive additional details on Ed Forum health and safety protocols. Be sure to consult with your healthcare team when deciding to attend physically. Your health is our priority. Masking is recommended for in-person attendees.
What happens once I register for the Ed Forum?

  • You will receive a confirmation email once you register.
  • In-person attendees are responsible for making hotel reservations. We have a special group rate at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark for $171/night plus tax. You may book your stay here, or you can call the hotel at 1-800-581-7151 and use the code "IWMF" to get the group rate. A limited number of rooms at the group rate are available pre-and-post Ed Forum based on availability. Reserve your room by the cut-off date of March 30, 2023. The venue is 17 miles from St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL). Ground transportation options: Uber/Lyft – approx. $35, Taxi $40-$50 avg., Metrolink $3 (Stadium Stop is a 8-minute walk from the hotel), self-parking is $29/day, and valet parking is $45. Hotel reservations made in the IWMF room block must be canceled by 11:59pm CT on April 16th for a full refund.

  • If you are attending virtually, there is no cost to attend. For virtual participants, we will be communicating with you on how to prepare to use our platform for 2023, which is the same one we used last year!
