We have been very busy preparing for our upcoming virtual commencement ceremony on Sunday, November 1 at 1 p.m. Although this ceremony will no longer be in person, we are making every effort to capture the solemnity and joy of this ceremony to celebrate the hard-earned degree and well-deserved recognition for our graduates.
Our commencement ceremony will combine live Zoom sessions for graduates, faculty and staff to reconnect, prerecorded segments and various photos of ACPHS.
At 12:30 p.m. on November 1, 30 minutes before the ceremony, graduates will have an opportunity to join a live Zoom session with their fellow graduates. Immediately following the recorded ceremony, graduates will be able to join live Zoom sessions with faculty and staff who are eager to extend their heartfelt congratulations and hear how you are doing.
Graduates, faculty and staff will receive an email next week from [email protected] with more information on how to access the Zoom links for the live sessions and how to view the recorded commencement ceremony on November 1. Please remember that November 1 is daylight savings time and the clocks move back one hour.
In the next few days, graduates will also be receiving their cords and bulletins to go along with the caps previously sent.
