Proposed Rules Changes Voting Closes March 4
Texas attorneys will have the opportunity to vote on eight proposed rule changes that include conflicts of interest in pro bono cases, lawyer advertising, diminished capacity in clients, confidentiality, professional misconduct and other issues.
