The Forage Center will hold a four-day full-immersion simulation at our training site in Western Maryland on June 23-26, with 15 graduate students from peacebuilding and humanitarian programs at George Mason University, University of San Diego, Rutgers University, and Arcadia University in attendance. This will be the first time we have held a simulation at our site since 2018.
This program is not open for enrollment, but we're seeking role players and other support from alums on June 25. If you are interested in playing a supporting role, please reach out to us at admin@foragecenter.org. A small stipend will be provided.
University of San Diego Partnership
We have recently begun developing a virtual humanitarian simulation in partnership with the University of San Diego’s Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies for their online master’s degree in humanitarian action. Forage Center president David J. Smith recently joined the program's advisory board, and this project marks the first time the Forage Center has worked with an outside partner in curriculum development.
