Yulia Galasyuk
Relationship Management, Citi
Yulia works in the Markets Relationship Management team at Citi, covering asset managers and hedge funds based in Europe to ensure Citi’s largest markets (sales and trading) clients have access to Citi’s products and services around the globe. Yulia graduated in 2011 with a BSc in economics from UCL. As a student, Yulia completed a spring intern programme at Goldman Sachs and a summer internship at Citi, which resulted in a full-time offer to work at Citi. Yulia also holds a BSc in Economics from the Russian State University of Trade and Economics and an MA in Psychology from the Institute of Practical Psychology and Psychoanalysis. Yulia launched and chaired the 100 Women in Finance NextGen Group in London and was one of the Directors on the London Board for 100 Women in Finance. Yulia is now a member of 100 Women in Finance Advisory Council and launched MidCareer Bridge group in London in September 2019.
Claudia Curran
Life Coach for Women in Business
An accomplished Finance Executive with over 20 years in the industry, Claudia's experience includes serving as a Chief Executive for the Asia office of a global multi-billion dollar hedge fund. Her decision to be certified as both an Executive and Life Coach was motivated by her discovery of the power of through management - a transformative tool that helped her overcome acute anxity with which she had struggled with for almost a decade. Claudia is a life coach working with women in business to help them identify and understand behavioural patterns holding them back from their true potential.
Rina Lila
Relationship Management, Citi
Rina Lila is a member of the EMEA Relationship Management team in Markets and Securities Services at Citigroup, covering institutional clients, hedge funds, asset managers and sovereign wealth funds. Rina joined Citi New York office in 2015 with the Global Engagement Management Associate (two year assignment) program. Rina’s first year assignment with Citi was in Corporate and Investment Banking in Bangkok, Thailand, and the second in Markets and Treasury and Trade Solutions in Zurich, Switzerland. Rina moved to London and joined the Relationship Management team at Citi in the summer of 2018. Rina’s work experiences include serving as a Delegate Advisor for the Albanian Permanent Mission to the United Nations HQ, chairing the Economic and Financial Committee. In the summer of 2014, Rina represented the Open Society Foundation, traveling to Myanmar to consult a Burmese peacebuilding organization on the peacekeeping efforts in the country. Rina also consulted the World Food Programme in Jordan to evaluate the impact of a funding reduction on Syrian refugees and on the Jordanian economy as well as advised the US Military, Army, on a deployment mission to Afghanistan (2012-2013). Rina holds a Master’s Degree in International Conflict Resolution and Economic & Political Development from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA). Rina lived and worked in 8 countries and enjoys traveling for cultural purposes. She is currently also a committee member for the 100WF NextGen.
