MANAGER'S MESSAGE
Hello Knolls Residents,

Thank you for your feedback as we work continuously on process improvement. We encourage residents to join the knolls committee. If you are interested in helping make a difference in the community please submit your completed Committee application by Friday, March 5, 2021.
Knolls neighborhood residents pay an assessment in addition to the master for additionally benefitted areas including private streets which includes responsibility for street signs, pools, pool houses, certain common areas and all front yard landscaping in the knolls.

Your partner in the community,

Rebecca

COMMUNITY NEWS
Bulk Trash
The Town of Gilbert offers bulk trash pick up as a service to its residents for items that are too large for your trashcan. Please do not place items on the curb any earlier than the Saturday before scheduled pick up. Narrow streets and early placement of items creates a safety issue for emergency vehicles access.
If you see bulk trash in the community that has been placed prior to the scheduled pick up week please report it through the Gilbert 311 program. Violators will be cited by the Town of Gilbert.
If you need to dispose of large items outside of the scheduled pick up dates you can either haul the items yourself to the local transfer station or schedule a special pick up with the Town of Gilbert.
DID YOU KNOW....Gilbert residents can dispose of one ton of waste for FREE every month? Visit the one of the two transfer stations near Gilbert with your photo ID and dump for FREE.

Street Resurfacing Beginning in April
PRCA has contracted with Ace Asphalt of Arizona to begin resealing the private streets and overflow parking within the Knolls. This project will be completed in sections with the first section beginning on Tuesday, April 13. Please watch for a detailed email announcement that will be sent the end of March. Please share this news with your neighbors and encourage them to sign up for the Knolls e-newsletter, distributed bi-monthly with important community news, projects and updates.
See Something, Say Something
Teens are jumping pool fences and causing damage and disturbing surrounding neighbors. Additionally, we have seen an increase of grafiti reports throughout the community. We are asking all residents to report any suspicious behavior or issues in-progress directly to the Gilbert Police Department to ensure a timely response. Please call the Gilbert PD non-emergency line at (480) 503-6500. Non-emergency issues may be reported using the Gilbert 311 app on your mobile device.
