The role will start ASAP and continue the month of August and possibly though September at 10-15 hours per week. We expect the hourly rate to be $15/hr.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in baby/layette/toddler apparel. The position is currently virtual, but soon hope to be back in the NYC offices and/or handling the specialty store business on the eastern seaboard. We expect the salary to be BOE.
Our NYC client, a luxury footwear brand, is seeking an Assistant Manager of HR Compensation to support the Senior HR Director and department with HR administration and ongoing and new projects, compensation and HR reporting and other priorities related to all entities in the Americas. The ideal candidate will have worked in a medium sized multinational company or luxury business, as well has have experience in retail with commission structures. A minimum of 2+ years experience in an applicable role and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or related field is required. We expect the salary to be $80K.
Our client, a Tinton Falls, NJ Mortgage Lending firm, is in need of an Administrative Assistant 10-20 hours per week. Experience with client relations, managing calendars, setting timelines and protocol would be a terrific help for him and his desk. The ideal hire would be strongly organized and have professional intuition. Proficiency in excel, data entry, a business acumen/strategy would be welcomed. Experience in Mortgage, Banking, Loan, Real Estate would be a great plus. Salary BOE, but estimating $40-45K.
The firm is also seeking a Mortgage Processor (or two) to perform processing of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA mortgage loans including a detailed review of the residential mortgage loan application and documentation as submitted to ensure loans meet guidelines. The right candidate will be someone who can analyze credit, and is fluent in income and asset documentation, collateral, fraud prevention tools, and other applicable documentation as required to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance. The job is a 40 hour week position based in Tinton Falls, NJ, but the team is flexible about virtual work, schedule, and whether the hire is local. Ideally, we will be screening and submitting candidates for a phone call interview followed by zoom/in person if applicable and a strong goal to onboard in August. They are willing to hire from similar industry, but experience in Mortgage, Banking, Loan, Real Estate would be a great plus. Salary is BOE.
