First-time users need to set up an account by going to www.spsezpay.com/BloomCarroll/login.aspx. You will need an email account and your child’s student ID number. Once you have created your account, you can, pay school fees, add money to your child’s meal account, and set up “low balance” notification emails to make sure your child has money for lunch and/or breakfast.
Yellow Status Remote Meals Request Form
During these uncertain times, the Bloom-Carroll Local School District is offering meal service during times of remote instruction. To get started with this process, please fill out the Remote Meal Request Form

We encourage ALL families to take advantage of this service. Students do NOT need to qualify for free/reduced lunch for this service; however school lunch prices may apply to free, reduced, or regular lunch price students. For those required to pay reduced or regular lunch prices, please keep your child's EZPay Lunch Account updated with funds. Funds will be deducted from your account if requesting a lunch.

THIS FORM SHOULD ONLY BE COMPLETED IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A MEAL FOR YOUR CHILD ON THEIR SCHEDULED REMOTE DAYS (YELLOW STATUS LEVELS). MEALS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CHILD TO PICK UP UPON LEAVING SCHOOL ON THEIR IN-PERSON DAYS FOR THEIR REMOTE LEARNING DAYS.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, we have added an additional form to your Final Forms account. If you have not done already, please log into your Final Forms account today and sign this form as well as any other forms that appear in red. Failure to sign these forms could result in a delay in district provided transportation services and the inability for us to contact you in the event of an emergency or other important notifications.

You can log into your Final Forms account by visiting www.bloomcarroll.org, and clicking on Bulldog Portal, Parent Resources, Final Forms. If you do not remember your password, please use the forgot password link.

UPDATED BCLSD Plan of Action to Reset and Restart Education

The BCLSD Plan of Action to Reset and Restart Education has been developed with input from our stakeholders and guidance from the CDC, the Ohio Department of Health, the Ohio Department of Education, the Fairfield Department of Health, and the American Academy of Pediatrics.

The BCLSD will be instituting several safety protocols to restart our schools. To view the plan of action and instructional status levels, click on link below.

We know most students do better when they are instructed in-person by teachers; however, we will have a comprehensive K-12 virtual curriculum option available for medically vulnerable students or those with special circumstances. To learn more about VLA, please visit the following links:

For those families that have already registered for VLA, you will be receiving an email the week of August 10th with more details.
