North Texas Giving Day -- A Full Day of Music

More than 3,000 nonprofit/charitable organizations participate in North Texas Giving Day, and Levitt Pavilion Arlington is one of them! We hope you'll mark your calendar for Sept. 17 to support free music with a donation. If you donate between 2 and 7 p.m. that day, you can help the Levitt win a $5,000 bonus prize and have your name entered into a drawing for two reserved seats for Styx on May 14, 2021! In addition to supporting free music, plan to join us for a full day of live-streaming music. All of the live-streams will be on the Levitt Pavilion Arlington Facebook page. Thank you for supporting free music!

To support free music on Sept 17 between 2 and 7 p.m.

This Weekend!
Friday: If there's one thing that Bob Schneider has excelled at in his career, it's bringing audiences back. Bob has managed to become one of the most celebrated musicians in Austin, if not in Texas. Thanks to his fan loyalty, Bob has won more Austin Music Awards than any other musician, including Best Album, Best Songwriter, Best Musician and Best Male Vocals, totaling 59 awards to date. He performs relentlessly, creates new music compulsively, writes poetry and regularly shows his visual art in galleries around Austin. His most recent album, Blood and Bones, further cements his reputation as one of the most versatile, inventive and engaging songwriters working today.

Saturday: The queen is back! Kelly Willis, the Austin-based singer/songwriter and queen of alt/country music, has a honeyed voice tempered by a whole lot of Texas. Romance and music brought her to Austin while she was in her late teens, fronting a celebrated but short-lived rockabilly band, Radio Ranch. After going solo, the 1999 release of What I Deserve, was her debut as an independent artist in all senses of the term. Rolling Stone magazine zeroed in on the eternality of her tone: "Willis' soprano still crackles like no other, and her control and phrasing make it more devastating than ever."

Join us on the lawn!
There is limited seating available for this weekend's concerts. Seating is in socially distanced squares marked on the lawn. To attend, you can reserve one square only by clicking here. You may have eight people in your square (the people in your square should be family members). You must show proof of your reservation with your printed ticket or on your phone at the gates to enter the lawn. Everyone seated in your square must also have proof of your reservation to be admitted. Squares are first-come, first-served. Gates open at 6:45 p.m. The concert starts at 8 p.m. If you haven't claimed your square by 8:15 p.m., you will be considered a no-show, and your square will be released to someone else who is waiting. You must wear a mask to enter the lawn. Once you are in your square, you can remove your mask to eat and drink. You must wear a mask any time you leave your square. Once the concert is over, please leave the lawn as quickly as possible. While at the Levitt, please stay a socially distanced 6 feet away from Levitt crew, staff, artists and volunteers. Please bring your own food, beverages, chairs and blankets. No glass containers, please.

For your health and safety
The Levitt has taken required health and safety precautions to help make your visit to the lawn as safe as possible during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Antibacterial stations are located by the restrooms and throughout the concert area. A cleaning crew will sanitize the bathrooms before, during and after concerts. Please do not attend concerts if you are not feeling well, have a temperature of 100 degrees or higher, or have been exposed to the virus. Thank you for following safety protocols of social distancing and wearing a mask. Stopping the spread of COVID-19 is up to all of us.

What if I miss the live-stream?
The Levitt Living Series videos remain on the Levitt's Facebook page. Just click Videos on the left menu on our Facebook page. The most recent live-stream will show up on the main Facebook page for a few days after the live concert.

How can I support free music during the pandemic?
Please donate to the Levitt by texting FreeMusic to 44321. With no live concerts where we can pass the buckets, the Levitt needs your support more than ever to ensure that we are ready to rock and roll as soon as we can all return to the lawn. By the way, you can do this any time, not just during the live-streams.

You can see who's performing on our website, our free Levitt Arlington mobile app and on our Facebook Events page.
