What if I don't have Access Cards?
If you are new(er) to Sonoma Verde and have not yet requested access cards, please follow the links on the right to request your cards and complete the Covid Waiver.

Once we receive your card request and completed waivers, Jamie or Julie will reach out to let you know your access cards are available for pick up at the Association Office.

What If I already have Access Cards from the previous owner?

If you currently have Access Cards from the previous homeowner, you will still need to request new access cards. Cards are audited and deactivated when residents move out. Please bring them to the Association office when you have completed your request and received your confirmation email, and we will trade them out with your new activated cards!

What if I moved but still live in Sonoma Verde?

If you moved households within Sonoma Verde, we would need to update our records. Access Cards assigned with your previous home are deactivated upon move-out.

Please use the links on the right to complete the access card request; using the action button "Address Update," submit your Access Card numbers so we can get them reactivated.

Replacement Access Cards
Per the Facility Agreement, a fee of $25.00 must be paid before a replacement card will be issued. Complete the access card request if you need to replace any Access Cards—a limit of two cards per home.
