A PERSONAL NOTE

Everyone knows, as America goes so goes the world. Astrologers know that America is facing a great transformation in the next few years – its first-ever Pluto return. (Pluto’s orbit takes longer to return to its starting position on America’s birthdate, 7/4/1776, than the nation has existed.) We have never witnessed this in our brief history, and are just beginning to see its effects. Tiny little Pluto packs a major punch! Whether it aspects an individual’s horoscope or a nation’s, there’s sure to be MAJOR TRANSFORMATION. A great shift. The Reset. The Great Awakening. Or whatever you want to call it. It’s on the horizon and nothing can stop it.
The issue, then, is whether the shift will be towards the negative or the positive. Towards tyranny, enslavement to dark forces, and the worst of communism, or towards rebirth, NESARA (National Economic Security and Reformation Act – look it up), prosperity for all, technological advances, and the new earth. We’re on a threshold and can go either way.
It is like a spiritual battle between good and evil. Many have said that it’s biblical in nature, and that recent events hearken to the prophecies from Revelations. It’s not my job to determine this, but only to report the patterns that I see. I used to write articles for Dell Horoscope magazine when there were big themes like this, but that publication has ceased production when its editor, Ronnie Grishman, retired. And we miss it. So, this is my forum now.
The dates of the Pluto return are February to July 2022 (to natal Pluto at 27 Capricorn), and February 2023 to November 2024 (to progressed Pluto at 29 Capricorn). It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out that that is the period of the current presidential term (no matter who is in that office). But it does matter that WHO is in office will affect whether we go light to dark, or dark to light!
So, here are some of the patterns that I see: Saturn and Uranus are in square, and in signs that contradict their essential meaning (Aquarius and Taurus, with Capricorn in play). This pattern echoes 2009 when these planets were in opposition to each other. I interpret this as the people (Uranus, rebellion) fighting against the establishment (Capricorn, Big Government, Big Business, the Elite) … but whereas, the people are fighting for traditional values (family, religion, capitalism, the pursuit of happiness, conservatism, and the Bill of Rights), the government is attempting radical changes (open borders, gun removal, socialism, globalism, depopulation, a controlled population, etc.). The reader can gather where my sympathies lie, but I challenge my colleagues to interpret these patterns differently.
Another very difficult pattern involves Neptune – which symbolizes faith, inspiration, and psychism but can also usher in confusion, deception, infection, and weakness. Since last March (’21) through February ’22, it has been in a very hard aspect to the nation’s chart that brings deceptive information, lethargy, and weakness of leadership including in our military against foreign enemies and energy supplies (in a T-square to U.S. Mars and natal Neptune, from H3 to H7 and H9). Biden’s debacle in Afghanistan is just this. The long lines and gas shortages of 1979 showed a similar pattern but not as bad as today’s.
Here’s some good news: the tension (between Saturn and Uranus) starts to wane by February 2022, as does the nation’s weakness (Neptune’s square against the U.S. Mars). Our military might is boosted from September through November ’21 (Jupiter station trine U.S. Mars). And the economy improves a lot in February and March ’22, as though a great light enters, then the transformation’s nature is seen (Jupiter into Pisces trine the U.S. Venus/Jupiter/Sun). My AstroDice reading for “Will the U.S. have NESARA soon?” was as follows: Venus Taurus 6. Yes, lasting prosperity, health, and jobs!
So, will these “End Times” be terrible or wonderful? No matter what, the trend is upwards into a new Age, and a new, more spiritual Yuga. Planet Earth must spiritualize. Even the craziness with gender identity – probably a function of Aquarian egalitarianism – should straighten itself out somewhat in ’25-’26 once Neptune leaves the U.S. 3rd house of ideas, and Pluto enters Aquarius, the sign of Big Tech, causing greater clarity that comes from a revamped media. Of course, by then a whole new set of challenges from a whole new array of patterns will be presented to us, as it always is! Happy evolving!

ASTRO TIDBITS - SEPT. 2021
The World is scarce of energy on the 3rd – 4th (Neptune opposite Mars) but experiences righteous anger and jubilation on the 6th – 7th (Mars trine Pluto; Venus trine Jupiter). The 7th brings a new start for tech innovation in the fields of healthcare and workplace (New Moon in Virgo). There is steady pacing in Week 4 (Saturn trine Mars), and lovely idealism by month’s end (Venus trine Neptune).
The U.S. is under pressure regarding values, information, and the economy all month (Pluto opposite U.S. Mercury/p2 PF, conjunct p2 SN), yet popular in the eyes of many (U.S. p2 Moon sextile U.S. ASC). Weeks 1 & 2 indicate lethargy, anxiety, and much fake news (Neptune square U.S. Mars, conjunct U.S. p2 Mercury; Mars conjunct U.S. Neptune, square U.S. Mars) but there is gradual change for the better (Saturn trine U.S. Uranus). Pleasantries and cooperation are tried in Week 2 (Venus square U.S. Mercury, trine U.S. Moon) but financial stress remains (Venus square U.S. Pluto). The 14th is nice for socializing (Venus trine U.S. Venus). From the 17th-21st, the nation is busy and strong (Mars conjunct U.S. MC, trine U.S. p2 MC). The last third of the month indicates the importance of news and information via the media (NN conjunct U.S. p2 MC). Week 4 sees innovation regarding the military (Mars trine U.S. Uranus).
California Governor Gavin Newsom is in a pickle. He is undermined from several directions (Neptune in a Grand Mutable Cross conjunct his DSC, opposite his H1 Pluto, square his MC, and square his Mars). Any attempt at deceit is bound to fail, and he will not be able to hold onto his office much longer.

Book Review: “The Ancient Giants Who Ruled America: The Missing Skeleton and the Great Smithsonian Cover-Up," – by Richard J. Dewhurst, (Bear & Co., 2014)
This book recounts many newspaper and other media articles on skeletons that were dug up in farmers’ fields and mounds in various parts of America, that presented individuals who were far bigger than humans of today. These individuals ranged between seven and nine feet tall, and had proportionate jawbones that would completely fit around today’s faces. The findings and bones were entrusted to the Smithsonian Institution as they were discovered over a period of almost 150 years. Many of these were unearthed at sites designated as the culture of Mound Builders.
It has been determined that these gigantic humans did not share the DNA of native Americans. Some were mummified; some were found in caves. They have been dated between 7500 and 9000 years old, making them truly the first Americans. One particularly interesting finding was that there were discoveries of extremely ancient white skinned, blue-eyed, blond- and red-haired mummies in the areas of Lovelock, NV, Cairo, TN, and Florida, some found preserved with the hair still attached and decoratively knotted. “He came from a cold or northern climate.” In 1920, a megalithic burial complex with over 4000 skeletons including royalty, some over 9 feet tall, was discovered on Catalina Island, the evidence showing 6000 years of continuous burials. Another fascinating discovery was the finding in 1963 of Roman coins in America, on the shore of the Ohio River.
But much that could be learned from these skeletons, sequestered in the Smithsonian, has been suppressed or outright covered up, especially after the Civil War, when, in 1879, Major John Wesley Powell was appointed the Smithsonian’s Director. The author claims that Powell had an agenda that was pro-evolution and pro-Manifest Destiny, and believed that evidence of prehistoric, perhaps superhuman, individuals would conflict with his ideology. The suppression of the truth leads the reader to indignation that research and amazing revelations might have been available earlier had not this individual kept this information hidden.
As to the book itself, much of this information is presented in the form of headlines and articles, even up to the mid-20th Century, that are simply copied verbatim. (I imagine that author had to get a lot of copyright releases.) Many pictures of artifacts, teeth and jaws, weapons, skulls, bones, coins, carvings, and other indications of advanced civilization, as well as photos of the mounds themselves, have been included… and I’m not sure I liked the idea of reading pages of reprinted newspaper articles, although it goes a long way to supporting the primary findings of “ancient giants”. It did not make for easy reading in many of the chapters. Also, frequently one would have liked a photo or drawing of an artifact or skeleton being described so that one could make a judgment personally.
A good case is made throughout the book of a very ancient, advanced civilization populated by much much larger individuals than today’s average person. “Algonquian culture shows evidence of contact with early Egyptians.” “It may be concluded that the mounds over entire bodies are Scythic; graves and boxes are Hebraic.” Wow!
It has been something of a tragedy that the Smithsonian – storehouse of Americana – kept this from observation and research, and is perhaps still doing so. Comfortably readable. 3 stars.

THE TRICK TO ENLIGHTEN YOURSELF
We hear you and we are here.
It is of no use or benefit to labor upon that which seems to be not going well or negatively inclined, for this is in the first place, fated, and in the second place, adding energy to it.
That which is lighted must be fanned, tended, encouraged to brighten, and given more energy than not. Paid attention to. Spoken of. Heralded. And in all ways, brought stronger and stronger into manifestation. This is a trick, device, method that anyone can do. It is a human being’s ability or set of tools that is not commonly taught, which is to switch attention deliberately, consciously to that which is the positive, the brighter, the happier, the more desirable, and away from anything other. It is a trick of mentality, to learn how to master thought, how to create and name the story you wish to live. It is a power that will become more common to the new human as things evolve and conscious awareness is better understood.
This is why conscious awareness is called enlightenment or illumination. Not just a function of realization but the very means to manifest brightness. In every day, in every moment, try then to find the positive, or even to tell yourself a fiction of how things will be altered very very soon from anything dark or negative into something bright and positive.
Yes, we speak of the silver lining. We speak of finding the light in a clouded experience. Now, this tool or device or method is greatly to be desired, to be learned, to be utilized. And from now forward, please do so, for we are encouraging any and all ways to bring to bring positivity, understanding, harmony, and enlightenment into the world at this time.
