Sponsor Feature: Medtronic
Medtronic continues to be a key sponsor and exhibitor at the North Bay Science Discovery Day! We thank Medtronic for a generous financial donation as a Rhodium sponsor!

As a company, Medtronic innovates biomedical instruments that treat more than 70 health conditions, from Parkinson’s to diabetes. Medtronic Santa Rosa focuses on cardiac and vascular solutions.

As an exhibitor, Medtronic employees provide hands-on activities for youth to explore questions, including:
  • What does a real heart look and feel like?
  • Could you be a heart surgeon?
  • Design a grabber to heal blood vessels.
  • How can surgery be less invasive?

In 2021, Medtronic provided several virtual sessions (recorded), including alternate careers in STEM–regulatory affairs, heart dissection, 3D design and printing, and idea brainstorming.
