The picture book Trinka and Sam: The Big Firehelps children talk about feelings and worries they may have after experiencing a large-scale fire, like a wildfire. Reading it with your children may help them to express their feelings and feel safer.

From Sept. 30 - Dec. 9, parents can take part in The Incredible Years – a FREE remote parenting class. Learn how to set clear family rules, reduce behavior problems, and create a more enjoyable home life.

This 11-week course will meet on Wednesdays from 6 to 8pm. It’s open to all parents in Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties.
