Great Beginnings at the End of the Road

We all know what's at the end of the rainbow, but what's at the end of Idaho Highway 8?

Turns out, it's the Elk River Library, and our Education Specialist Lenea Pierzchanowski traveled there to offer our many free resources to the library staff in this community of about 141 in North Idaho.

"Librarian Tonya Delphous was very excited that I drove all that way just to connect with her," Pierzchanowski says. "She believes in connection and building relationships to benefit the children and families in her community."

Contact Lenea Pierzchanowski about educational resources we provide to families, educators, and communities in North Idaho.

Virtual Educator Workshop to Teach "The U.S. and the Holocaust"

Join this one-hour virtual conversation on Tuesday, February 7, 5pm MT/4pm PT that will spotlight PBS LearningMedia lessons for the Ken Burns documentary "The U.S. and the Holocaust."
