Food Truck Challenge
We all love a great meal, but have you ever thought about what it takes to create the business and recipes behind the name? Even if you haven’t thought that and want to learn kitchen skills, come join the adventure. Student teams will be creating their very own food truck company, designing a menu, learning recipes, and cooking for a community audience.
Career Development and Financial Success
Through this required seminar, sophomores will be exploring career and post-secondary planning, as well as financial literacy concepts related to banking, income, and employment.
