The August 19th meeting has been cancelled. The next meeting will be Wednesday, November 18th. More information will be provided as the date gets closer. In the meantime, here are a couple of important updates:
The DUNS # phase-out that was scheduled to take place in December 2020 has been postponed. A new roll-out date has not been announced but we will continue to track information as it becomes available.
In early June the OSC developed guidance for state agencies to follow when terminating or reducing contracts, grants, purchase orders and leases. The policy can be found here.
Job Announcement
The Department of Natural Resources has an opening for an Accountant II - Grants Manager. The deadline to apply is 5:00 p.m. on August 17, 2020.
The OSC continues to monitor federal guidance and information related to COVID-19 and the CARES Act. Please check our website frequently as information is being added as it is published.
The OSC is leading the effort on reporting and monitoring of Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) per Governor's Office Executive Order D 2020 070. More information will be shared with departments once plans are formalized.
OSC Grant Website Resources
As we continue to update and improve our OSC grant website, we are requesting sample documents and templates related to grant management. These documents will be included in our online resource library to be accessed by grant managers statewide.
