Dear Friends,
This Sunday is an important one in the life of the church. All Saints’ Sunday is a time set aside for us to remember and honor those in our church community who have died in the past year. It is also a time for us to remember all those we have loved in this life who now rest eternally with God.
During all four services, we will continue our tradition of placing flowers in vases honoring our departed loved ones. We will also celebrate communion together, receiving and partaking of the elements outside.
I hope to see you this Sunday at 8:45, 9:30, or 11, or that you can join us online at 9:30 or 11. I’ll be preaching from Hebrews 12:1-3, and encourage you to read and reflect on this passage in advance of worship.
